These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Manny's Money (the “Service”), operated by Exit220 Collective (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Manny's Money is a personal-finance tool that helps you budget, track your net worth, plan debt payoff, and organize your money. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Not financial advice. Manny's Money is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor, and nothing in the Service is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Consider consulting a qualified professional.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, continued access to paid features requires a subscription (Better Budget or Everything), billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; we'll give notice of price changes before they take effect for you.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your data and content

You own the financial information you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as Stripe for payments and Plaid for optional bank connections). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations or projections it produces are accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exit220 Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
