Manny's Money (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a personal-finance app operated by Exit220 Collective. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at support@exit220.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address when you sign up, or the profile details provided by Google, Apple, or Microsoft if you use one of those sign-in options.
- Financial information you enter — the budgets, income, bills, spending, accounts, balances, debts, and goals you add to the app. You choose what to enter.
- Bank connections (optional) — if you connect a bank through our provider (Plaid), we receive transaction and balance data for the accounts you authorize. We never receive or store your bank login credentials.
- Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles that. We keep a record of your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier.
- Support and feedback — messages you send us, and your email so we can reply.
- Technical data — basic information such as your device/browser type and log data generated when you use the app.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the app and your account.
- To process subscriptions, trials, and payments.
- To respond to your support and feature requests.
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
- To send you service-related communications and, if you opted in, product updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — application hosting
- Stripe — subscription payments
- Resend — transactional email
- Plaid — bank connections (only if you connect a bank)
- Google, Apple, Microsoft — optional single sign-on
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on our providers' infrastructure in the United States and is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use per-user access controls so that you can only access your own data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Access & export — you can export your data at any time from your Account page.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and associated data from your Account page. This cancels any active subscription.
- Marketing — you can unsubscribe from product-update emails at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the app. We do not use them for advertising.
Children
Manny's Money is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
